Clinic software for every kind of doctor
BitaLeaf started with a simple observation: most small clinics — across nearly every specialty — still run on paper: patient files, prescription pads, appointment diaries, and payment registers, long after most other small businesses went digital. We set out to change that, one specialty at a time.
Our mission
Our mission is to eliminate paper-based clinic admin for doctors of every specialty — replacing stacks of case files and prescription pads with a single, reliable system that a doctor and their staff can run an entire clinic from. Less time hunting for a patient's history, more time actually treating them.
Why we started with homeopathy
Most clinic software is built for hospitals or general practice, then awkwardly bent to fit a specialty's actual workflow. Homeopathy is a clear example — where case-taking, remedy selection, and long-term follow-up work differently from a generic EMR — so we built version 1 of BitaLeaf from the ground up around how homeopathy clinics actually operate: detailed case histories, repeatable prescriptions, and patients who come back for check-ins over months and years, not just a single visit.
Where we're headed
Today, BitaLeaf helps homeopathy clinics manage patient records, prescriptions, appointments, billing, and WhatsApp follow-ups in one place. That's version 1, not the destination — we're building toward a future where doctors of every specialty, solo practitioners and multi-doctor clinics alike, can run entirely paperless, with more time for patients and less time on admin.
Built specialty-first, not one-size-fits-all
Prescription formats, case histories, and follow-up rhythms are modeled on how a specialty actually works — not a generic EMR bent to fit. Homeopathy is where we started; the same approach extends to every specialty we add.
Your patients' data, handled with care
Every account is isolated, every sensitive action is logged, and every clinic controls exactly who on their team can see what.
Support that understands clinics
Our team works directly with practicing doctors and clinic staff to shape the roadmap — the people using BitaLeaf every day guide what we build next.
